Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Ray Young, c/o Tom Schutz for the construction of an above ground infiltration system with associated grading and chain link fence within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) with an interior intermittent stream. The proposed stormwater management system is associated with the construction of a new, ±5,785 SF convenience store, parking lot, gas station, landscaping, and additional stormwater features not within a jurisdictional resource area, including Buffer Zone on land described as Map 63, Lot 12 or 411 Faunce Corner Road. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the Governor’s 2025 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through June 30, 2027. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday May 26, 2026. The hearing concerns an application for a Special Permit for a reduction in required number of parking spaces at a proposed car dealership located at 0 State Road, Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Assessor’s Map 53 Lot 2).
